New E&S carrier Palms Specialty gets AM Best A- rating

Next Era Energy-owned Palms Insurance has secured an A- AM Best rating for its newly launched E&S carrier Palms Specialty Insurance Company, which is set to write property, professional lines and other specialty lines.
