Ebix Europe’s PlacingHub set for Jan 2024 launch despite US Chapter 11 filing

Ebix Europe has confirmed that its placement platform, PlacingHub, will launch in January 2024 despite its US publicly listed arm lodging a Chapter 11 filing.
