R&Q completes $129.5mn equity raise

UK-listed Randall & Quilter (R&Q) has secured shareholder approval for its fundraise, which has now upsized to total proceeds of £107.3mn ($129.5mn) after the issue of an additional 4.35 million open offer shares.
