SiriusPoint expects no impact from private receivership of shareholder CM Bermuda’s parent

SiriusPoint has been made aware that CMIG International Holding Pte Ltd – the parent company of CM Bermuda, which holds a 33 percent stake in the Bermudian (re)insurer – has been taken into private receivership by its lenders in Singapore.
